“You know what? Forget the traditional dealerships where you’re “treated like family “ until it’s time to sign the paperwork! Luxury & Imports Auto Sales treats you like a human being. I’ve already got family, and they’ve disappointed me. I’ve already got friends, and they’ve disappointed me! What I look for in a dealership is respect. I look for people who are genuinely interested in what my needs are — not which car they sell is going to put more money in their pocket. That is what you will find at this dealership. Celso, the salesperson I worked with left me a voicemail. I’m normally not convinced just by a voicemail someone leaves me. But Celso sounded like he just wanted to help me find the right car at the right price. So, I decided to pay him a visit. We talked. Not just about deals, but about a lot of things. Getting to know me was his first concern. After that, he was able to point me to the car that fit my exact needs. You know that saying, under promise, and over deliver? That’s what this dealership does. I ended up purchasing a 2022 Buick Envision ST. As with all dealerships, cars tend to sit around for a few days sometimes. When I went to the dealership the next day to drop off some paperwork for my trade in, I noticed the right rear tire was under inflated. I asked Frank if he could look into it. Frank took my car immediately. When he came back, he told me that all the tires had different pressures in them, and that they were all taken care of. In addition, he noticed that the key fob battery warning came on. He told me about it, and replaced the battery for me right away. Finally, I had some questions for Frank about some of the features in the car, and he sat down with me, in the car, and explained how everything works. They had their money, they had my trade in. They could’ve just been done with me. But, they treated me like a valuable customer — not family, and that’s the difference between these guys, and your traditional dealerships. Normally, I wait a week or two before writing a review. It gives everything time to settle, and makes me think more clearly. I purchased this car yesterday, and if I wasn’t so busy, I would’ve written this positive review yesterday. Forgive me for rambling, but I just can’t say enough good things about Luxury & Import Auto Sales. Give them a try. You probably won’t be disappointed.”
